Designed for creating stacks for saw operations or for final stacking, Concept’s stackers and accumulators are designed and programmed for consistent, low-maintenance automation performance and easy operation. Below are some examples of existing stacking machinery.

FORK STACKER - ROLL CONVEYOR

For stacking operations in which leading edge of product is the short edge, this stacker is built for loads up to 800 pounds. Pairs with a chain conveyor mounted to a scissor lift for tall stacks.

FORK STACKER - CHAIN CONVEYOR

For stacking operations in which the leading edge of the product is the long edge, this stacker is built for stacking single-height boards or courses at a time. Pairs with a chain conveyor mounted to a scissor lift for tall stacks.

DROP-STACK ACCUMULATOR

For stacking flat panels without each panel sliding on the previous. This provides a purely vertical stacking motion.
