A production line often requires either a quick stoppage or realignment before a pivotal process. Concept utilizes a large range of designs for whatever the product needs.
RAKE OFF SQUARING
For loading operations, rake-off stops can be utilized to ensure a pallet or stack of product is loaded squarely to the process. Can be designed in any shape, size, or thickness required.
PRODUCT SIDE SQUARE
Designed as heavy duty or lean as needed, stationary side squares allow forklift operators to tap the end of a load for squaring before setting down to process.
PNEUMATIC STOPS
Completely customizable for all sizes and shapes, pneumatically actuated stops are ideal for bringing product to a complete stop.

PIN STOPS
Pin stops are utilized to separate conveying product while simultaneously squaring and stopping it. Typically used for in-line gapping processes or prepping for gantry pick up.
PANTOGRAPH PINS
Operationally the same as standard pin stops, but linked together with a pantograph mechanism that allows even spacing for a variety of different product configurations. Typically servo-adjustable allowing for vast adjustment ability.
ROLLER GUIDES
A solution for in-line guiding, a system of vertical rolls can be used to help guide product straight down the process. Pneumatic actuation can also be integrated as needed.
